My client is looking for a Senior AI & Data Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join their organisation in Dublin. This is a permanent role. Key Skills and Experience Proven experience leading data management or data governance teams within Financial Services. Strong knowledge of data governance, data lineage, and data quality frameworks, including remediation processes. Good understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g. BCBS 239 / RDARR) and their impact on data lifecycle. Experience delivering large-scale, data-driven transformation programmes across risk, finance, or regulatory domains. Ability to work across business and technical teams, translating complex requirements into clear solutions. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with experience in Risk, Finance, or Regulatory domains. Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven transformation initiatives. Design and implement data management solutions aligned to business and regulatory requirements. Analyse existing data processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement. Oversee data governance, data quality, and data lineage to ensure accuracy and compliance. Act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams Mentor and develop team members while driving continuous improvement in data practices.
