Our client is a large well-established financial services organisation who are continuing to expand their global operations. Role Overview The IT Senior Manager is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the organisations Information Security Management System (ISMS) in alignment with ISO/IEC 27001. This key role oversees IT operations, infrastructure, supplier relationships and security controls ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets across the DMs global offices. Key Responsibilities include: Information Security Governance and ISMS Management IT Operations and Technical Controls Process and Workflow Management Cybersecurity and Risk Management Audit and Compliance Supplier Relationship and Third-Party Security Management Key Requirements for the role include: 7+ years of Microsoft 365 and IT administration experience including demonstrable technical understanding of software and hardware installations, operating systems, applications, troubleshooting and networking Hands-on experience managing IT operations, infrastructure, endpoints and network services, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 technical control requirements Proven experience implementing and maintaining security controls such as access control, secure configuration, logging, patch management, asset management and backup processes Strong background in conducting and documenting risk assessments aligned to ISO 27001 methodologies and managing risk treatment plans Experience in managing external suppliers including contract requirements, security due diligence, SLA monitoring and ongoing assessment of third-party risk Ability to research, analyze and clearly report on technical or project-related matters, including communicating complex topics to non-technical audiences Excellent verbal and written communication skills to support audit processes, policy documentation, staff training and cross-team collaboration Skills: ISMS ISO cybersecurity microsoft 365 azure cisco Auditing Benefits: Performance Bonus pension hybrid Medical Aid / Health Care
