The Opportunity Our Senior Product Designers craft seamless, user-centred experiences across web and mobile. They drive design decisions through research, collaboration, and prototyping while ensuring accessibility and consistency. Working closely with product and engineering teams, they shape intuitive, high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment with a true collaborative design culture.
Responsibilities
Lead the design direction and implementation across web and mobile for one of ESW's global clients.
Create polished UI, interaction designs, prototypes and clear user flows.
Shape product strategy with Product partners and influence roadmap decisions.
Design for AI features and intelligent experiences.
Use AI tools to speed up exploration, research and craft quality.
Present work to clients and internal teams, gather input and drive alignment.
Build strong client relationships built on trust, clarity and consistent delivery.
Facilitate design workshops or working sessions with client teams when needed.
Collaborate with engineering, product, QA and data teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Apply user-centred design and design-thinking methods.
Mentor junior designers and strengthen design culture within ESW.
Requirements
7+ years in Product Design or UI/UX.
Nice-to-have: experience in eCommerce or SaaS.
Strong portfolio with end-to-end case studies, complex problem-solving and high-quality UI.
Experienced in working directly with high-profile clients or partners.
Confident leading client-facing presentations, workshops and design reviews.
Expert proficiency in Figma with strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
Experience designing AI-driven features or intelligent behaviour.
Comfortable using AI tools in your design workflow.
Ability to design from system-level concepts down to pixel-level polish.
Experience working across multiple teams and product areas.
Knowledgeable of WCAG guidelines and commitment to inclusive design.
Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
