We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Site Managers to join our dynamic team across multiple locations: Wexford, Waterford, Kilkenny, and Tipperary.

Job Description: As a Site Manager at Suirside Construction, you will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all site activities, managing subcontractors and staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise and coordinate on-site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality and workmanship.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, and specifications.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €50,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
