Site Manager | Residential | Cork Location: Cork City Company: Tier 1 Residential Developer Vickerstock is partnering with a leading home builder, to hire a Site Manager for a major residential project in Cork, comprising houses and apartments The Role Lead whiteboard & lookahead meetings. Manage Health and Safety onsite and promote a strong safety culture. Management of site plant. Appoint supervisory positions such as Temporary Works Coordinators and Scaffolding Inspectors etc. Management of sub-contractors. Delegate responsibilities across your site team. Weekly progress reporting, ensuring work is in line with Programme of Works. Ensure compliance with company quality standards. People management of your site team.
