Client:Growing Southside Practice

Amicus have been engaged by a growing Southside based Practice who seek to attract a talented Tax Director to compliment their existing team. The role will largely be a Tax Planning focused role and the firm can further offer flexible working arrangements. The role will largely focus on corporate re-organisation's (share for share swaps, insertion of corporate structures, hive outs etc) and investment structures.

The Role:

• Work closely with the Tax Partners to manage bespoke and complex tax planning client assignments that will include tax planning covering all tax heads.
• Project managing tax planning assignments to ensure timely delivery
• Researching technical queries and preparing reports and advisory letters
• Reviewing client base to identify tax planning opportunities

The Person:

• Self motivated individual who wishes to work in a growing and dynamic practice on high level planning assignments
• Organised with a strong focus on delivering projects in a timely manner
• Demonstrable relationship management skills
• Prior people and practice management experience required.
