Travel Manager Dublin Salary: €65,000 - €70,000 DOE + Benefits Our client, a leading Irish organisation with multiple locations across Ireland, is seeking an experienced Travel Manager to take ownership of its Travel & Expense programme. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and play a key role in travel governance, cost control and policy compliance. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will manage all aspects of corporate travel, supplier relationships, reporting and policy administration, ensuring employees have access to efficient and compliant travel arrangements. This is a full-time office-based role, with one day per week working from home available following the onboarding period. Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.30am 5.00pm and Friday, 8.30am 4.00pm. The Role Manage the company's travel platform and act as the main contact with the external travel provider. Ensure travel policies, approval workflows and booking processes are correctly configured and maintained. Oversee traveller onboarding and user administration. Monitor policy compliance, identify exceptions and support continuous improvement initiatives. Act as the first point of contact for travel queries, bookings, amendments and emergency travel requirements. Coordinate group bookings, extended accommodation requirements and travel arrangements outside the online platform. Negotiate and manage corporate hotel agreements and maintain preferred supplier relationships. Manage corporate rewards and loyalty programmes. Review travel invoices, monitor spend and produce regular reporting and analysis. Identify cost-saving opportunities and support audit and financial control requirements. Manage the virtual debit card programme, including administration, controls and reconciliation support. The Person Proven experience in travel management, corporate travel administration or travel and expense programme management. Experience managing travel booking systems, approvals and reporting. Strong commercial and negotiation skills, particularly with hotels and accommodation providers. Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Desirable Qualification in Travel Management, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline. Experience working within a Finance-led travel and expense framework. Experience supporting audits and internal controls. Construction sector or other multi-site operational experience would be an advantage. Salary & Benefits €65,000 - €70,000 salary, depending on experience. 4% company pension contribution. 21 days annual leave. One day per week working from home after an initial period in the role.
