We are seeking an experienced Working Foreman to support the delivery of renewable energy projects across County Kerry. You will lead small crews on site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. You will lead daily task allocation, quality control, toolbox talks, and strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. The role requires close coordination with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Job Specification Lead and supervise on-site crews delivering renewable energy projects across County Kerry Work hands-on alongside the team carrying out installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities Allocate daily tasks and ensure productivity, quality standards, and timelines are met Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance at all times, including toolbox talks Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve site issues Maintain accurate site documentation, including RAMS, permits, inspections, and progress reports Use digital and paper-based systems to record works completed and materials used Transport tools, equipment, and materials between sites as required Requirements Proven experience as a working foreman or senior tradesperson, ideally in renewables or construction Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage documentation accurately and efficiently Full clean driving licence essential Flexible, reliable, and safety-focused approach to site work Salary is in the region of €55,000 plus company vehicle and pension.
