As a Cluster Business Development Executive, here at The Fairways & Gateway Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our business horizons. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and implementing strategies to maximise sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the hotels clientele base.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and industry partners.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop innovative strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate sales performance and market insights to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
