As the Operations Manager, youll work closely with the General Manager to ensure seamless service delivery across all departments. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking with operational execution, ensuring the highest standards in guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional service and promptly resolve guest feedback to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Team Leadership: Motivate and support departmental managers and supervisors, driving staff training and development initiatives.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations across Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Front Office, and more.
• Financial Performance: Collaborate on revenue management and cost control to achieve financial goals.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with hygiene, fire, and safety standards.
• Strategic Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between departments, driving initiatives that align with the hotels business plan.
