The Role

We are looking for a confident, high-energy Immigration Sales Executive to join our new Dublin team. You’ll be working directly with clients, building trust, and helping them navigate their immigration journey. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable on camera, loves engaging with people, and wants to be part of a company that’s making a real difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and follow up with new enquiries

• Meet clients face-to-face and guide them through the immigration process

• Record and post daily social media videos (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) to build your personal and company brand

• Represent the Abbey Blue Legal brand professionally online and in person

• Achieve monthly sales targets with support from our Wexford head office

• Attend occasional training and team days in Wexford

What We Offer

• Base hourly rate: €13.50/hour

• 5% commission on all closed jobs (avg. job value: €1,000)

What We’re Looking For

• Sales or customer service experience preferred

• Strong spoken English and clear communication

• Must be confident recording daily short-form video content

• Tech-savvy with a working smartphone and basic editing skills

• Self-motivated, reliable, and driven to succeed

• A second language (Spanish, Hindi, Portuguese) is a big plus

• Must have the right to work in Ireland (EU Passport / Stamp 4 only)
