My client is looking for an ESG Data & Analytics Lead with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join their organisation in Shannon. Key Skills and Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in data analytics, reporting, sustainability data management, ESG performance measurement, or a related analytical role. Degree in Data Analytics, Science, Engineering, Environmental Management, Business Analytics, Accountancy, or a similar discipline. Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, data visualisation tools, and large dataset management. Experience collecting, validating, analysing, and reporting complex operational, environmental, or business performance data. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations. Experience working in cross-functional environments, managing multiple projects, and driving continuous improvement through data-led decision making. Responsibilities Lead the collection, calculation, validation, and analysis of sustainability and ESG datasets, including greenhouse gas emissions, energy, waste, water, and other environmental performance indicators. Manage the delivery of ESG, sustainability, and regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness. Develop and maintain dashboards, visualisations, and reporting tools that provide meaningful insights for senior leadership and operational teams. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis to support performance improvement and sustainability objectives. Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and specialist consultants to improve data quality, reporting processes, and ESG performance measurement. Support the preparation of sustainability disclosures, reports, and presentations while promoting a data-driven approach to environmental and ESG performance management.
