Area Sales Manager Salary: €70,000 + 15% Bonus + Company Car Our client is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join their Sales team. This is a senior commercial role responsible for managing key partner relationships, driving sales performance and supporting the delivery of ambitious growth targets across an established network. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, improve performance and implement initiatives that support business growth and customer satisfaction. Prior experience within the automotive industry is essential including working alongside dealer principals. The Role Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders. Drive sales performance and achievement of agreed commercial objectives. Work with senior management to develop and implement sales plans and growth strategies. Analyse market trends, customer activity and performance data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. Support the implementation of commercial programmes and business initiatives. Monitor and report on sales performance, market share and key business metrics. Use CRM systems and performance data to improve lead management and sales effectiveness. Support the development and training of partner sales teams. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment across sales, planning and customer-focused initiatives. Prepare and present regular business performance reports. The Person Proven experience in a senior sales, business development or account management role. Experience managing key customer, partner or franchise relationships. Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering sales growth and business results. Excellent relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Full driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
