Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join their Investor Cashflow Operations team as an Assistant Manager - Cashflow Processing. This role focuses on ensuring the accurate and timely execution of investor cashflow activities, including subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and transfers. Responsibilities Oversee and execute daily investor cashflow transactions with precision, ensuring adherence to deadlines and maintaining operational integrity. Implement and maintain robust controls to mitigate operational risks and ensure compliance with internal policies. Collaborate with internal teams, including Fund Accounting, Global Mandate Services, and IBOR Operations, to ensure seamless transaction processing. Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives, driving efficiency and supporting automation projects. Assist the Senior Manager in capacity planning and managing expectations of key stakeholders. Requirements Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in fund servicing, fund administration, or transfer agency. Strong understanding of asset management operations, trading flows, and investor transactions. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in high-volume environments. Experience in standardizing processes and driving efficiency, with knowledge of AI or robotic tools being advantageous.
