Our client, a well-established and respected mid-tier law firm based in Waterford City, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Conveyancing and Probate Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with a strong background in property and wills/estates law who is looking to develop their career in a progressive and supportive firm. Key Responsibilities: Manage a full caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from initial instruction to completion Advise clients on all aspects of probate and estate administration, including drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney, and dealing with inheritance tax issues Handle title reviews, contract drafting, and property due diligence Engage with clients, financial institutions, and third parties in a professional and timely manner Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal standards Assist with mentoring and supervising junior staff or legal executives as needed Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate in Ireland Minimum of 3+ years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in conveyancing and probate Demonstrated experience in handling files independently with minimal supervision Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment A client-focused and commercially aware mindset Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience Hybrid working options (after probationary period, if applicable) Ongoing CPD support and professional development Collegiate working environment with long-term career prospects
