Finance Transformation, Senior Manager (GBS) Dublin or Belfast My client is looking for a Senior Manager to join their Finance Transformation team, global business services, who delivers finance service offerings.

This is a senior role, and my client is looking for between 8-10 years commercial working experience in the finance field.
You will be working in a client facing role, building finance functions that are business-focused, cost-effective, and Agile.
You will be supporting clients across the full lifecycle of the transformation journey, including: Performing current-state diagnostics Developing a vision, strategy, and operating model Delivering an activity analysis, and creating a business case Crafting an integrated implementation roadmap Guiding location and sourcing model selection Designing and implementing future state processes and technologies (particularly across record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, as well as identifying AI opportunities Shaping future organisation design Overseeing transition to future models Designing and implementing experience-led service management All encompassed by end-to-end programme management Experience in business development and solution design for Global Business Services, a strong successful track record of delivering change programmes within a GBS organisation and strong senior client relationships and proven ability to originate and lead major engagements.
Building strong relationships is essential, working with clients to understand their most critical business problems and priorities, consulting to evaluate, design, and deliver solution options that leverage cutting-edge technologies.
This would suit a strong communicator, a team players and relationship builder.
Someone who can take a professional approach, with the natural ability to establish personal credibility with clients.
You will be highly organised, and capable of coordinating your own workload and that of other team members, meeting deadlines, proactively managing risks, and delivering quality outcomes. xyswxtq
Working with clients to help them understand current and emerging Finance and/or GBS trends, leading workshops, developing Finance and/or GBS implementation roadmaps, helping clients think about transition strategies.
Skills include
- A valid and certified professional accounting qualification Experience in the design and implementation of best-in-class Service Management processes (incorporating service management tools and performance management frameworks) Experience facilitating the planning, delivery and management of services, ensuring client requirements and specifications are achieved Understanding or application of relevant technologies such as: Service Management Tools, Gen AI and Agentic AI, Accounting Automation, Consolidation and Reporting Tools Skills: Finance global business services record to report order to cash procure to pay Benefits: pension health insurance hybrid working Gym
