House Supervisor Balbriggan, Co. Dublin The Talbot Group is seeking applications from experienced and motivated candidates for the role of House Supervisor within our community-based residential services in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation that is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. About the Role The successful candidate will support residents in all aspects of daily living while promoting independence, wellbeing, and community participation. As this is a community-based service, applicants must be comfortable working independently within the house environment while remaining connected to the wider management and support team. The role involves both day and night duty shifts and requires flexibility and reliability. Key Requirements Experience working within health or social care services Ability to work independently and use initiative Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Full clean driving licence Eligible and willing to drive company vehicles Flexible to work both day and night duty shifts Role Details Based in Balbriggan, Co.
