Job purpose

Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance.Lead infrastructure projects, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and manage vendor relationships.

Authorities, Duties and responsibilities

· Managing information technology and computer systems

· Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization.

· Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of

· computer / mobile and network systems.

· Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.

· Repairing and replacing damaged computer / mobile and network components.

· Ensuring the security of client and remote computers by installing and upgrading

antivirus and firewall software.

· Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly.

· Controlling and evaluating IT and electronic data operations

· Manage information technology and computer systems

· Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations

· Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures

· Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems

· Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy

· Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time

· Audit systems and assess their outcomes

· Preserve assets, information security and control structures

· Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness

· Ensure all Secto Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety requirements are met.

· Managing client relationships with the promotion of Customer focus.

· Vendor Management; MSP, suppliers and services

· ISO 27001 Audits

Requirements

· Proven 5 years working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience

· Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems

· Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation

· BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
