A global FinTech leader in electronic trading technology is looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to drive the support, on going development and performance of critical front-office platforms.

This is a key role for someone who can combine technical leadership, production ownership, and strong engineering background.

You’ll work closely with front office and IT Teams and infrastructure teams to:

• mentor and develop a high-performing team
• build and enhance execution platform components
• lead production support and incident resolution
• improve monitoring, alerting, and platform stability
• manage releases from testing through deployment

We’re looking for someone with:

• deep experience in electronic execution technology combined with strong C++ and Go skills
• proven experience leading teams in a hands-on role
• strong troubleshooting skills across live, business-critical platforms
• experience with FX markets or financial messaging protocols would be advantageous
