About Your New Job: Qualified Tax Professional / Tax Consultant As a Qualified Tax Professional, you will deliver end-to-end tax compliance services across all tax areasincluding income tax, corporation tax, VAT, and PAYEto a diverse client base. Monitor and maintain compliance checklists to ensure all Revenue deadlines are met and clients remain fully compliant. Conduct in-depth technical research, identifying and resolving complex tax issues promptly throughout the compliance process. Serve as a key liaison with Revenue Commissioners and represent clients effectively during tax correspondence and audits. Collaborate with Partners and tax team members on tax planning, research, and high-value advisory projects. Support colleagues throughout the firm with tax queries and research, actively contributing to the firms knowledge base. Take on ad-hoc tax assignments and projects, ensuring you stay engaged with a variety of tax-related responsibilities. What Skills You Ideally Need Tax Compliance and Advisory Expertise CTA qualified (Chartered Tax Adviser) with 3 to 5 years' proven experience working in a tax practice, tax consultancy, or accounting firm. Strong knowledge of Irish tax legislation, compliance procedures, and commercial tax planning. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesessential for technical tax assignments. Effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and client relationship management skills. Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Proactive team player, passionate about delivering best-in-class tax solutions to clients.
