We are seeking a highly motivated and insights-driven Talent Attraction Partner to join our Sales Recruiting team for DACH region. This is a highly versatile role, combining hands-on sourcing and candidate engagement (approx. 30%) with operational excellence, data analysis, competitor intelligence, and team enablement (approx. 70%).

You will partner with Talent Delivery Recruiters to provide deeply assessed, qualified candidate pipelines, while driving the data, reporting, and market insights that enable the entire Talent Attraction organization to operate with precision and scale.

We are looking for someone who understands the DACH competitor landscape and can use data and Tableau insights to drive talent strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Candidate Engagement (% of time TBD on workload with Line Manager) - DA
  • Proactively source, engage, assess, and nurture top sales talent across multiple channels (inbound, referrals, internal mobility, and outbound sourcing).
  • Conduct structured candidate assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements, company values, and business needs.
  • Manage candidate pipelines within the CRM, ensuring timely follow-up and strong candidate experience.
  • Partner with Talent Delivery Recruiters to submit qualified candidates for interview, coaching, and offer progression.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on talent profiles and sourcing strategies.
Build and maintain a systematic approach to competitor and market intelligence to inform sourcing and hiring strategies.Track and report on competitor hiring patterns, compensation benchmarks, location trends, and TA technology developments.
  • Deliver actionable insights to TA leadership and business stakeholders that shape workforce planning and talent strategies.
  • Establish a regular cadence for distributing market intelligence across the TA organization.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Support TA metrics and reporting standards, ensuring data consistency and hygiene across sourcing and hiring platforms (Excel, Tableau, HRIS, CRM).
  • Build, manage, and optimize Tableau dashboards to provide actionable insights to recruiters, sourcers, and leadership.
  • Streamline reporting processes to enable greater self‑service, transparency, and data‑driven decision making across TA.
Activations (Branding/Marketing)
  • Support leadership in driving attendance and engagement for key activations and recruiting events.
  • Own reporting on event outcomes, pipeline generation, and ROI to inform future event strategy.
  • Manage communications for activations to ensure visibility and alignment with the broader TA strategy.
Enablement & Training
  • Partner with leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning, including developing and launching enablement sessions, brown bags, and best practice sharing.
  • Identify areas for improvement across the sourcing function, recommending tools, resources, and methodologies to enhance team capability.
  • Support the adoption of consistent, scalable sourcing and assessment practices across the team.

The preference is for candidates who are German‑speaking or have extensive experience working within the DACH region, along with strong in‑house experience.
