Full Time Fixed Term Contract position - 18 months duration

Role Overview
As Senior Reward Specialist you will support the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive across our entities in Ireland and Germany. In addition to this critical project, you will contribute to broader Reward projects and initiatives.
What you will help us to achieve
1. Lead on the EU Pay Transparency project from planning through to execution ensuring alignment with regulatory timelines and organisational goals.2. Lead on the data collection required including data mining to understand drivers of pay gaps and rationale for same.3. Partner with HR, legal, risk, finance and compliance and other stakeholders to ensure a co-ordinated and effective implementation.4. Develop an understanding of all reward related practices across the entities by level to translate legal requirements into practical, scalable HR and compensation processes5. Review and develop reward policies and standards for all reward related activities across the entities.6. Develop tools and communication materials to support understanding and adoption of all EU transparency measures.7. Develop an understanding of the job architecture and job evaluation systems and complete job evaluations as required.8. Monitor developments in the Irish and German legislative transpositions of the directive and recommend adaptation of our approach as required.
What you will need to be successful in the role
• Expert analytical, numerical and data mining skills along with excellent proficiency in Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
• Prior Reward Experience is advantageous, including good knowledge of grading structures, job evaluation methodology and survey contribution and analysis
• Experience carrying out detailed research to analyse and make recommendations to existing solutions or to create new solutions
• Experience operating with highly confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy
• Excellent organisational, communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent attention to detail
