Site / Project Manager - Residential Developer (North Dublin) Overview We are working with a leading residential developer delivering high-quality housing projects across North Dublin. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of developments, they are seeking an experienced Site / Project Manager to take ownership of projects from groundworks through to handover. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established developer known for delivering large-scale housing schemes with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and safety. Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of residential projects on time and within budget Manage all on-site activities including subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers Coordinate and drive programme performance, ensuring milestones are achieved Ensure the highest standards of health & safety are maintained at all times Liaise with design teams, engineers, and senior management to resolve issues efficiently Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets required specifications and standards Manage project reporting, including progress updates, risks, and cost implications Drive productivity on-site and implement best practices in construction delivery Lead site meetings and maintain strong communication across all stakeholders Requirements 5+ years' experience in a Site Manager or Project Manager role within residential construction Proven track record delivering housing developments (apartments or housing schemes) Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and site management Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines Strong focus on health & safety and quality delivery Relevant construction qualification (Degree or Trade background) Proficient in MS Office and project planning tools Desirable Experience working with a residential developer or main contractor in Ireland Strong setting-out or engineering background Experience delivering large-scale or multi-phase developments Package Competitive salary (DOE) Vehicle / allowance Bonus structure Pension contribution Strong pipeline of long-term work in North Dublin Why Apply?
