Key Responsibilities Treasury Operations Manage and optimise cash management and liquidity processes. Support banking operations, including account administration and relationship management. Monitor cash positions and assist in maintaining efficient funding and liquidity structures. Ensure treasury activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate treasury records, reporting, and documentation. Support treasury controls and risk management processes. Assist with the implementation and maintenance of treasury procedures and best practices. Projects & Process Improvement Participate in treasury-related projects and transformation initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency. Support system enhancements and technology initiatives impacting treasury operations. Contribute to the development of reporting and management information for key stakeholders. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with finance, accounting, tax, and business teams on treasury matters. Liaise with banking partners and external service providers as required. Prepare reports, analysis, and presentations for management. Provide support across the wider treasury function as needed. Candidate Requirements Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline. Significant experience in treasury, cash management, banking operations, or corporate finance. Good understanding of treasury processes, liquidity management, and financial controls. Experience working with treasury systems and financial applications. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Professional fluency in English.
