Electrical Package Manager - Finland We are currently recruiting an Electrical Package Manager to work for a leading Engineering contractor on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Finland. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure programme milestones are achieved. Review technical submissions, drawings, RFIs, and procurement schedules. Monitor installation progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications. Work closely with construction, engineering, commissioning, and client teams throughout the project lifecycle. Manage package budgets, resources, and reporting requirements. Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities. Ensure all health & safety, quality, and contractual requirements are met. Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, or an Electrical Trade Qualification. 5+ years' experience delivering electrical packages on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or large-scale commercial projects. Strong knowledge of MV/LV electrical systems, power distribution, containment, lighting, fire alarm, and building services electrical installations. Experience managing subcontractors, procurement activities, and project programmes. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Eligible to work in the EU.
