Applications are invited for a specified purpose post of a Teaching Fellow in Spanish Studies within UCD School of Languages, Cultures and Linguistics. The School of Languages, Cultures and Linguistics wishes to make a temporary appointment for a Teaching Fellow in Spanish. This is a one trimester replacement post covering for a member of staff on maternity leave starting on 01 September 2026. The successful candidate will prepare, design, deliver and assess high-quality language and content modules in the Spanish undergraduate programmes, and will undertake such administrative duties as assigned by the Head of School or her nominee. UCD is a dynamic, research-intensive university that is at the forefront of research and teaching activities across a wide range of disciplines. The School of Languages, Cultures and Linguistics is a highly research-active unit with scholarly interests in the fields of literature, linguistics, history, politics, and cinema of the societies in which the languages taught in the School are embedded.
