Permanent - Full-Time | Dublin (Hybrid) | €60,000 p/a + Bonus and Benefits Our client, an industry leading motor finance provider, are seeking to add a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business growth within the fleet and vehicle leasing sector. This is a hunter role focused on identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities while building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Generate new business within the SME and corporate markets. Build and manage a self-generated sales pipeline. Develop prospecting strategies to achieve sales targets. Prepare and present tailored proposals and tender responses. Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates. Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Skills & Experience Proven track record in business development and outbound sales. Experience in fleet, leasing, automotive, or a related B2B industry is desirable. Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience responding to tenders is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
