Business Development Manager Location: Cork & Kerry Territory Salary: €42000 - €45,000 + Benefits Licence: Full Clean Driving Licence Required Start Date: ASAP The Opportunity Noel Group is currently partnering with a long-established and highly regarded Irish food manufacturing business to recruit a Business Development Manager for the Cork and Kerry region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation with a strong reputation across the foodservice and hospitality sectors. The successful candidate will inherit an established territory while also being responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across the region. The role would suit an ambitious sales professional who enjoys managing their own territory, building long-term customer relationships and delivering commercial growth. The Role As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing and developing existing customer relationships throughout Cork and Kerry. Identifying and securing new business opportunities across the foodservice and hospitality sectors. Conducting regular customer visits, account reviews and business development activities. Increasing product penetration and revenue within existing accounts. Building long-term relationships with key decision-makers and becoming a trusted business partner. The role offers a high degree of autonomy and would suit someone who enjoys being customer-facing and managing their own diary and territory. Essential Requirements Please only apply if you meet the following criteria: Previous experience as a Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager or similar field-based sales role. Proven experience within the food, beverage, foodservice or FMCG industry. Experience selling into customers such as restaurants, hotels, cafés, takeaways, catering companies, retail groups and foodservice operators. Demonstrable experience managing and growing a sales territory and securing new business opportunities. Full clean driving licence. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role. What's On Offer Base salary of €45,000 plus additional benefits.
