Recruitment Consultant Cavan The Osborne team in Cavan is delighted to announce that we are growing! Due to continued growth across Osborne, we are now looking to welcome a new Recruitment Consultant to our Cavan team. Key Responsibilities As Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including: Taking job requirements from clients and understanding their hiring needs Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates Sending CVs to clients and coordinating interviews Preparing candidates for interviews and supporting them throughout the process Placing candidates into contract, temporary, and permanent roles Working closely with candidates to help them secure the right job and career move Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients Developing new business opportunities through networking and client engagement Managing recruitment administration and compliance requirements Working as part of a proactive, professional, and genuinely supportive team Key Requirements Previous experience in a recruitment agency environment, ideally at least 1 year Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills Strong customer service focus with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively Excellent follow-up skills with a strong sense of urgency A client-focused approach and a passion for delivering results Ability to work well as part of a team while also using your own initiative A positive, professional, and proactive attitude Apply Today For more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Maisie Doyle.
