Senior Conveyancing and Probate Solicitor West of Ireland

Successful, well-established and busy law practice in Mayo is seeking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing and Probate Solicitor.

Responsibilities
  • Dealing with all conveyancing matters on both residential and commercial work
  • Dealing with all Probate matters from initial instruction to final distribution
  • Estate administration
  • Drafting wills
Requirements
  • Be a Qualified Solicitor with at least 5+ years PQE in conveyancing and probate. Those with even substantially more experience should apply and Partnership in the relatively short term is available depending on experience/expertise
  • Strong organisation, administrative and drafting skills and attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills and experience with case management systems (Practice Evolve an advantage)
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and the ability to deal with clients in a friendly manner
