Are you currently in your 4th year of a Construction Plant or HGV apprenticeship and looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a growing company? Duffy Plant Sales & Repairs Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to join our expanding team. Working alongside experienced plant fitters, you'll gain valuable practical experience servicing and repairing a wide range of construction machinery while continuing your apprenticeship journey. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop your technical skills, and secure long-term career opportunities with an ambitious company. What You'll Be Doing Assist with servicing and maintenance of heavy and light construction equipment. Support experienced fitters with diagnostics and repairs. Learn hydraulic, electrical and mechanical fault-finding techniques. Carry out preventative maintenance and inspections. Develop practical experience working both in the workshop and on customer sites. Maintain safe working practices at all times. What We're Looking For Currently completing your 4th year apprenticeship in Construction Plant, Heavy Vehicle Mechanics or a related trade. Passion for machinery and mechanical repairs. Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills. Reliable, motivated and eager to progress. Good communication and teamwork skills. Full driving licence (or working towards obtaining one) would be an advantage. What We Offer Excellent hands-on experience with a wide range of construction equipment.
