The Client: My Client are a well-established, Munster-based Main Contractor that has been trading for 100+ year. We are looking for a Site Manager or Senior Engineer to look after the Site Development works (groundworks, landscaping, paving and roads) for a commercial project in Co. Loais. The next project for you is a 40 minute drive away and is a project that this Company are currently working through. Whats on offer: Good salary and prospect of progression over time. Continuity of work - this Company have a great name and pick up loads of projects in this area Good working environment Pension Vehicle or allowances Fuelcard, laptop, phone, gym paid for etc. Bonus(es) Healthcare The Role: Working with Engineers, PM and subcontractors Working with Engineers, PM and subcontractors upervising all aspects of groundworks, site development, utilities etc. Day-to-day management of the site, to include supervising and managing the work of all subcontractors and general workforce on site. Attendance at weekly internal progress meetings and white board meetings as arranged by the Client or Company Directors.
