Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid) Position Summary: Bentley Systems is seeking a strategic and data-driven Marketing Analytics Business Partner to support our global Demand Generation and Field Marketing teams. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to marketing leadership, delivering insights that drive campaign performance, pipeline generation, and marketing investment decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders. You will play a critical role in elevating marketing analytics into a strategic decision-support capability across the organization. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary analytics partner for Demand Generation and Field Marketing leadership Deliver actionable insights on campaign performance, pipeline generation, and regional marketing effectiveness Partner with marketing leaders to inform campaign planning, budget allocation, and performance optimization Develop and deliver executive-ready reporting, including QBRs and MBRs Analyze marketing investment ROI across campaigns, channels, and regions Identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps across marketing programs Collaborate with Lifecycle and Measurement teams to connect marketing engagement to pipeline and revenue outcomes Translate complex business questions into analytical approaches and actionable recommendations Contribute to the development of scalable reporting frameworks and KPI definitions Drive continuous improvement in marketing measurement and data-driven decision-making Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, demand generation, field marketing, or a related field Experience supporting Demand Generation, Field Marketing, or B2B marketing teams Proven ability to communicate insights and influence senior stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred) and data analysis Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent training or experience Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and campaign measurement frameworks Support budget planning and execution activities Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments What We Offer: A great Team and culture - please see our colleague video.
